PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct connecting member enabling of easy mounting of a shutter mounting member even when a shutter mounting part is not shaped in a true circle. SOLUTION: The duct connecting member comprises the shutter mounting member 8 for mounting an outer wind shutter 7 by inserting the member 8 into the shutter mounting part 6 provided between a body side connecting port 3 and a duct side connecting port 5 connected with a duct 4, a engaging section 11 protruded out of a radiating position of an outer periphery of the member 8, and an engaging means 14 provided at the mounting part to be engaged with the section 11. Thus, even when the mounting part 6 is not shaped in the true circle, the member 8 can be easily mounted.
