PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus, capable of constructing a motor system for driving an ultrasonic vibrator only with the ultrasonic probe and detaching/attaching the apparatus and the ultrasonic probe to and from each other. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator-carrying driving motor 3 is housed in a window case 23, and a driving motor control driving circuit 19 is incorporated in a connector box 18.
