PURPOSE: Provided is an ultra-long wave thermotherapy massage machine for shoulder which uses heat generated from a main body to warm the entire shoulder, relax the contracted muscle and release fatigue materials through sweat outside skin so that it maximizes massage effect around shoulder. CONSTITUTION: The ultra-long wave thermotherapy massage machine for shoulder comprises the parts of: a 'C'-type main body(100) which is bended by physical structure to surround the entire shoulder; a heat generation part which receives power and heat by a heat generator; a shield yarn which shields electronic wave between the heat generation parts; a vibration massage part which includes a vibration motor(12); an ultra-long wave generation part(15); a low frequency generation part which adheres a low frequency pad; and a control part which is connected to the main body.
