PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information bulletin device which precisely exhibits an advertisement effect appealing to visual sensation such as advertisement information by preventing the slag of a sheet and can appeal to auditory sensation as well. SOLUTION: This information bulletin device is a bulletin device in which a long-sized sheet 3 various kinds of information, such as advertisement information, attached to its sheet surface is disposed so as to face an aperture 2 disposed at a casing 1, spans and supports this sheet 3 by a pair of rollers 5 and 6 disposed within both sides of the aperture of the casing 1, bulletins various kinds of the information of respective pages to the region in the aperture by rotating the one roller 6 by a rolled driving section and driving the sheet 3 in its longitudinal direction and performs guide by voices of various kinds of the information of the respective pages. The information bulletin device is provided with a tension imparting mechanism section 40 which acts the force of the direction opposite to the driving direction of the sheet 3 at all times on the other roller of a pair of the rollers 5 and 6 to impart the tension to the sheet 3.
