PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board inspecting device capable of detecting high-accuracy inspection data in an inexpensive constitution and having versatility. SOLUTION: This printed circuit board inspecting device 1 is provided with an electric signal input circuit 6 loaded with an interposer board A to apply a high-frequency electric signal from the back, and a sensor 15 for detecting electric charges accumulated on the surface of the interposer board A. A dielectric sheet is provided on the lower surface of the sensor 15, thereby keeping constant the distance between the interposer board A and the sensor 15, and making electrically non-contact state. Accordingly, when a high-frequency electric signal is applied to the back of the interposer board A, electric charges are accumulated on the surface in a short time, so that high-frequency inspection data on the interposer board A can be detected by measuring the charge.
