PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic printing paper giving any of clear glossy and matte images, usable in a high thermal copying machine capable of high- speed mass copying such as a laser printer and suitable for processing of an image of a digital camera or the like on a personal computer. SOLUTION: The photographic printing paper capable of printing with a high thermal copying machine having a high toner fixing temperature such as a laser printer is obtained by heat-bonding a white polyethylene film 21 to the front face 11 of paper 10 and a transparent polyethylene film 22 to the rear face 12 of the paper 10 and applying a heat resistant coating liquid 31 to the white polyethylene film 21 and a heat resistant coating liquid 32 mixed with a matting agent to the transparent polyethylene film 22 to form a front face 311 as a glossy face and a rear face 321 as a matte face.
