PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation constructing method, a footing foundation, and a foundation structure of an elevated highway, which greatly reduce an influence on an environment and economic activities in a surrounding community by constructing the foundation in a short period of time even in the case of small land for execution of work, without making a concrete material placed and cured on a construction site, in the construction of the foundation of a structure such as the elevated highway. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this foundation constructing method comprises: a precast-member installing process in which a plurality of precast members 2 and 3 are installed; and a footing forming process in which a tendon makes the precast members 2 and 3 integrated with each other so as to form a footing 1.
