PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel body support device of an overhang door having the vertically adjusting mechanism capable of easily installing a travel body on a door in a single operation, and capable of easily vertically adjusting the door after installing the door. SOLUTION: A travel body support member 3 has an elastic claw 31 for elastically engaging with an engaging step part formed in a cave 11 of a receiving case 1, and a knob piece 32 for releasing engagement of the elastic claw 31. A screw shaft 21 vertically extending below the travel body 2 is vertically movably inserted into a vertical hole 33 in a state of checking relative rotation. A first bevel gear 34 and a second bevel gear 35 are housed inside the travel body support member 3. A through screw hole 36 is arranged in the axis of the first bevel gear 34, and the screw shaft 21 is screwed in this through screw hole 36. The second bevel gear 35 is rotated by rotating an operation part 37 by a rotary tool such as a driver, and the travel body 2 is formed so as to be vertically movably adjustable.
