ZERO-VOLTAGE SWITCHING FULL-BRIDGE CONVERTER

摘要

PURPOSE: A zero-voltage switching full-bridge converter is provided to be easy to use at a house and a vehicle by shortening a charging time through application of a switching regulator to a charger. CONSTITUTION: A switching part(100) switches input current and voltage. A transformer(200) induces current and voltage transferred from a primary side by switching of the switching part(100) into a secondary side. A rectification part(300) rectifies current of the secondary side to output rectified current to a load. An input part(400) feeds back current from the load so as to perform current control and inputs controlled current to the switching part(100). A control part(500) checks current and voltage from the load to control a switching operation of the switching part. The switching part(100) is a full bridge inverter consisting of switching elements(Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4).
