PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve capable of controlling flow of cooling medium when dehumidifying in addition to the capability of operation switchover between cooling and heating operation and dehumidifying operation, generating less noise when dehumidifying. SOLUTION: A selector valve 21 is provided to open/close fluid inlet and outlet tubes 16a and 16b, and even control of flow of cooling medium in dehumidifying can be conducted. Control of flow of cooling medium in dehumidifying is conducted by means of an orifice 19b formed in a support cylinder 19 in which the selector valve is journalled, and a valve shaft 23 axially movable by a rotor to and from the orifice. The selector valve and the valve shaft are actuated by a valve drive body 14. Porous material 30 and porous material 40 are respectively provided across the orifice 19b.
