PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure in supplying a lubricating liquid due to bubbles caused in the lubricating liquid between a rotating shaft and a bearing of a pump or the like. SOLUTION: The bearings 3, 8 to be opposed to the rotating shaft 1 or a member to be rotated integrally therewith in a radial direction for supporting it comprise spaces 11, 12, 13 each having one end communicated with a space to the bearing and the other end communicated with a space outward in the axial direction of the bearing, wherein the bubbles are escaped from between the rotating shaft and the bearing via the spaces to the outside.
