PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a full-duplex digital subscriber line which provides an economical Internet serving as high speed to realize a request for an inexpensive broad band service since the request for the service is boomed together with the spread of the Internet recently. SOLUTION: A transmitter stores the full-duplex digital subscriber line through the use of lines (L1 and l2) which is a pair of existing subscriber telephone cable core wires (1) and the line (E) of ground wire (2).
