PRODUCTION PROCESS OF STAINLESS STEEL SINTERING BODY FOR DENTAL IMPLANT

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of stainless steel sintering body for dental implant which plates the stainless steel sintering body with copper in a non-electrolytic way to reduce pore of the sintering body so that it improves corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the stainless steel sintering body for dental implant is characterized by comprising the steps of: (i) plating stainless steel powder(20) as a base metal comprising the stainless steel sintering body with 2-10wt% of copper in a non-electrolytic way; (ii) compressing the plated copper; and (iii) sintering the copper out. Consequently, it produces the stainless steel sintering body used for a dental implant material.
