PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir apparatus of underground tanks which is designed to allow a plurality of underground tanks to communicate with one another by a simple structure so that they can be handled similarly to a single tank. SOLUTION: The reservoir apparatus 11 of underground tanks includes two underground tanks 12a and 12b buried in the same depth, a coupling pipe 41 for coupling between the tanks 12a and 12b to allow an oil 13 reserved in the tanks 12a and 12b to be sent to each other, a feed pipe 51 connected with an upper end of the coupling pipe 41, and an oil pump 14 for feeding the oil 13 in the feed pipe 51. In addition, the apparatus 11 is designed such that lower ends of vertical portions 41a and 41b of the coupling pipe 41 are placed on bottoms of the underground tanks 12a and 12b and that a horizontal portion 41c extends to pass above the tanks 12a and 12b, and also is equipped with an L-shaped pipe 43 including a check valve at a base end of the feed pipe 51.
