SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing die from brass; using desalinated water as working fluid and titanium concentrator as concentrator; prior to placing die onto workpiece surface, applying protective coat of thin layer of nickel onto die by dipping die into nickel electrolyte while exposing it simultaneous and permanent action of ultrasonic vibrations.
