PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor system that can inhibit corrosion of a compressor.SOLUTION: The compressor system 1 includes: the compressor 2 having an inner flow passage 26 and compressing fluid flowing through the inner flow passage 26; a by-pass pipe 45 provided in an external part of the compressor 2 to connect a fluid introduction port 6a to a fluid discharge port 6b of the inner flow passage 26; a flow passage for circulation between the by-pass pipe 45 and the inner flow passage 26 of the compressor 2; and a preceding corrosion layer comprising a metal having an ionization tendency that is larger than that of a metal forming an inner wall surface of the inner flow passage 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
