PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient secondary side control type of switching regulator, where downsizing and cost reduction are achieved. SOLUTION: In the secondary side control system of switching regulator, which is arranged so that the output voltage stability control is conducted on the secondary side of a transformer T1, a series circuit, composed of two pieces of FET2 and FET3 with their sources common, is connected between one end of the transformer T1 and a smoothing coil L1, and another FET5 is connected in between the gates of these FETs and one end of the tertiary winding of the transformer, and the gate of another FET5 in question is connected to the output of a control circuit 2, and an FET4 for commutation is connected to the above control circuit 2 so as to conduct last transition control.
