FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, to pipeline valves section, and specifically to throttle control devices and is used on pressure pipelines to control over formation pressure at extraction of oil or on production tree valves for control over well operation mode and can be used in other industries. Throttle control device comprises container with replaceable throttle, ball plug arranged inside and sealed relative to housing having inlet and outlet branch pipes. Housing is equipped with two transverse and two longitudinal channels connected to each other. At the intersection of inlet branch pipe and transverse channel axes controlled ball plug is installed in the bore. On both sides of the latter containers with replaceable throttles are arranged in the transverse channel, which outlets are aligned with housing longitudinal channels. In second transverse channel a check valve is arranged, which inlets are also combined with housing longitudinal channels. Return channel outlet axis coincides with outlet branch pipe axis.EFFECT: invention is aimed at elimination of covering device during throttle replacement.3 cl, 3 dwg |
