PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling off of a helmet by making the position of the chin-tape connecting part to be adjustable relative to an ear-hooking tape and by fixing the position of the connection part in the case of stretching the ear-hooking tape. SOLUTION: An insertion tool 20 is locked to a receptor tool 10 by inserting the insertion tool into the receptor tool and both members are unlocked with an operation member 30 built in the receptor tool 10. In the helmet connector having the above structure, a tape-fastening part 12 having two tape-insertion holes 18, 19 divided with a dividing piece 17 is attached to the other end of the receptor tool 10, the receptor tool 10 is passed through one of the ear- hooking tapes 6 by passing through the tape-passing holes 18, 19 and folding at the dividing piece 17, and the insertion tool 20 is connected to the chin tape 7 extended from the other ear-hooking tape by using the belt-insertion hole 22 to generate a fastening force to the tape-fastening part 12 according to the tension of the ear-hooking tapes 6.
