PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating circuit wherein C/N characteristic is superior without increasing no-load Qu value of a resonator. SOLUTION: This oscillating circuit is provided with a capacitor which becomes a load of a resonator in the oscillating circuit constituted of a closed loop of the resonator and an amplifier, a phase shift means which shifts a phase rotated by the capacitor and returns it, the amplifier which compensates gain decreased by the capacitor and makes it at least 1, and a phase fine adjustment means which performs fine adjustment of a phase of the closed loop.
