PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water filling device capable of rapidly filling cooling water into a vehicle-mounted radiator and surely performing air vent. SOLUTION: The water filling nozzle 3 of a container body 4 is inserted into a filler neck 2, an air vent pipe 9 is inserted into the filler neck 2, and the tip 6 of the air vent pipe is disposed in a radiator tank 1 adjacent to a top part 7. The rear end 8 of the air vent pipe 9 is led to the outside, air 16 is discharged from the air vent pipe 9 to the outside, and the cooling water 15 is filled from the water filling nozzle 3 of the container body 4 into the radiator tank 1.
