PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infiltration of rain, snow, and dust-dirt into a key hole of a cylinder lock, and to also make unlocking by picking difficult. SOLUTION: A key guide block 7 is integrally installed in an outside end part of an inner cylinder 6 of the cylinder lock 1. A sliding conical guide surface 11 is formed on an outside surface, and a shutter housing space 12 is formed on the inside surface side, respectively. A key inserting hole in the shape circumscribable on the key hole is opened in a central part. A pair of slender block-shaped shutters 15 and 15 are movably guided in the vertical direction in the shutter housing space 12, and are energized in the mutually approaching direction. An inclined face 25 is formed on a joining part outside surface of the shutters.
