PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking device having a shift device for improving an added value. SOLUTION: A vehicle V is transferred while changing the direction in a range of 0 deg. to 360 deg. by a pair of curved conveyors 90f and 90r for constituting the shift device 34 when shifting between vehicle placing areas 57 and 57 via the shift device 34. The shift device 34 is constituted so as to have the separate function besides shifting the vehicle V.
