PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for efficiently dredging up deposit deposited in a dam and a pond at low cost. SOLUTION: A part of a pipe 1 whose both front and rear ends are opened is bent, an opening part 1a is provided in a bent part, and a pressure in the pipe 1 is reduced below a pressure in the surroundings to absorb the deposit 20 through the opening part 1a and discharge it.
