PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation device capable of preventing an user from not using a seat decided when reserving a train. SOLUTION: The position and the time recorded in an application service recording part 12 correspond to the position and the time at which the user hopes to get on the train. That the position of a reservation application device 10 at which a positional acquisition part 14 acquires and the time at which a clock 16 acquires agree with the position and the time recorded in the application service recording part 12 means that the user carrying with the reservation application device 10 comes to get on the train at the position and time to hope to get on the train actually. If the user applies to for the reservation in this case, the user surely gets on the train when the reservation is approved. Therefore, the user surely uses the train decided when reserving.
