PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID transmit and receive system, an ID transmitter and a watch with an ID transmit function, capable of lessening high-grade attention to handling ID data, simple in procedure and component, ID transmit and receive system, an ID transmitter and a watch with ID transmission function. SOLUTION: A registration and authentication server 3 and a receiver 5 are connected to a network 1 by a cable, and an ID transmitter 7 is connected to the registration and authentication server 3 and the receiver 5 by radio. The receiver device 5 is provided corresponding to a plurality of gates 11 of a building 9. The ID transmitter 7 holds a first ID data 13 having a longer validity term and a second ID data 15 having a shorter validity term. The ID transmitter 7 transmits and receives the ID data on ID to and from the registration and authentication server 3 and the receiver 5 by radio. The registration and authentication server 3 is provided with a registration ID database 23. |
