摘要 PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for optimally controlling operation of induced draft fan for sucking in and exhausting flue gas generated during decarburization correspondingly to converter operation circumstances in oxygen blowing steelmaking process of iron works using LT steelmaking converter are provided. CONSTITUTION: In an oxygen blowing converter steelmaking process comprising converter into which oxygen is supplied through lance to perform blowing, induced draft fan for sucking in flue gas generated during blowing inside the converter to a determined spot through duct so that the flue gas is treated, dust collectors for collecting dust contained in the flue gas, and electrical control unit for controlling operation of the induced draft fan according to operation circumstances of the converter, the apparatus comprises a dry gas flow rate calculation part (100) for calculating flow rate of dry gas inside the dust collector; a flue gas flow rate control part (200) for performing proportional integral operation using output from a hood pressure controller (10) and output values of the dry gas flow rate calculation part (100); an induced draft fan speed setting pattern value designation part (300) for designating standardized speed value of the induced draft fan according to proceeding circumstances of operation; a comparative operation part (400) for performing comparative operation of output values of the flue gas flow rate control part (200) and instruction values of the pattern value designation part (300); and an optimum value instructing part (500) for instructing inputting of substantial speeds according to operation results into an induced draft fan speed controller (12).
