PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for constantly outputting video in a video display form suitable for a connected display device by acquiring control information from the television side in a system in which a plurality of televisions, etc., are connected with one piece of video output equipment. SOLUTION: A scan conversion circuit is controlled so that information regarding display forms of video data capable of being correctly displayed on the respective video display devices is acquired from the video display devices connected with each of a plurality of sets of input/output terminals and the video display forms are converted into the display form of video data common to all the pieces of information regarding the display form of the video data capable of being correctly displayed on the respective video display devices.
