PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal inspection machine inexpensively and efficiently the seal of merchandise. SOLUTION: In the device for inspecting seal of bagged products by press operation, clearance H between a carrier conveyer 11 for conveying the products G and a persser unit 33 installed above it, is made to be narrower than height Hg of the products G, and the pressor unit 33 is connected to a servomotor 71. Condition of the seal of the merchandise G is checked by detecting upward displacement of the pressor unit 33 upon carrying in the products G, while controlling adequately the pressing force against the products G by the servomotor 71.
