摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component pressure-welding apparatus for obtaining a desired, accurate load by short strike when electronic components are pressed. SOLUTION: One end of a press body 6 that is provided in a body 5 projects to the outside. A first spring 11 is located between a first adjustment member 10 screwed into the body and the press body. A transfer member 15 that is provided in the first adjustment member comes into contact with the press body. A second spring 17 whose spring constant is smaller than the first spring is arranged between a second adjustment member 16 that is screwed into the first adjustment member and the transfer member. The first adjustment member 10 is adjusted for appropriately setting the amount of deflection of the first spring 11, an initial load is roughly adjusted, the second adjustment member 16 is adjusted to appropriately set the amount of deflection of the second spring 17, and the press force is finely adjusted. A drive means 2 lowers the body, the press body presses down the retention apparatus of components, and the components are pressed to a measurement position by specific press force. A desired, accurate press load is obtained by a short stroke.
