PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid conveyance mechanism constituted comparatively simply using a reciprocating pump and holding a pressure in a pipe passage at a proper pressure. SOLUTION: This fluid conveyance mechanism is provided with the pipe passage 11 capable of conveying fluid and the reciprocating pump 12 which is connected with the pipe passage 11 and becomes a drive source for conveying fluid. It is further provided with a current detection part detecting a value of current supplied to the reciprocating pump 12, a number of revolution detection part detecting the number of revolution of a rotary means functioning to drive the reciprocating pump 12, and a control part 15 controlling the reciprocating pump based on at least either of the detected value of the current detection part and the detected value of the number of revolution detection part.
