PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock capable of completely preventing damages caused by unlocking using picking tools. SOLUTION: This is a two stage type cylinder lock being composed of a second cylinder lock 3 equipped with a lock operating plate 9 coupled to a lock opening and closing mechanism R of a door D rotated when a key projection 4f of the second key 4 inserted and fitted to a key hole 6 having lid 7 for inserting the second key 4 inside the door D, and of a first cylinder lock 1 equipped with a lid operating plate 8 opening and closing a lid 7 of a key hole 6 of the second cylinder lock 3 when the key projection 2b of the first key 2 is inserted to a key hole 5 for the first key 2 and then fitted and turned.
