PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a concrete drain side ditch having the same width crown exposed part in spite of a change in the channel inner section width, and provide the most economical construction by the construction method. SOLUTION: On the basis of a product with the minimum channel inner section width within manufacturable and maintainable range of the product, a product changed in the channel inner section width has a surface underground height with opposite side walls set vertical, and has the same ground exposed crown width after constructed as the bent side walls. As the lid to be fitted, one type of products having the same mass as the standard size can be used.
