PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure to attach a support to a desk, which has a simple structure, is easily attached to a desk, manufactured at low cost, lightened, convenient for carrying, and can be classified by materials for dumping. SOLUTION: A receiving hole 26 with bottom, which has a shape almost analogous with the non-circular outline of a support 25 for supporting a shelf board 39, etc., to be erected and a size slightly larger than the support 25, is equipped on the rear part of a right and left pair of support rods 2 supported by legs 3, 4 and oriented in longitudinal direction to support both end parts of the top plate 5. The lower end part of the support 25 is fit into the receiving hole 26 putting a receiving seat 29 with the bottom made of an elastic body therebetween, and a bolt 32 penetrating through the bottom of the receiving hole 26 and the bottom of the receiving seat 29 is screwed together with a screw hole 33 in the lower end of the support 25.
