PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating structure with a seawater cleaning function for marine environment improvement SOLUTION: The floating structure installs a protruding part of bottom on a side and a filter layer including living organisms between the protruded bottom and the out side plate of side wall which declines from the floating body to outside and has the end sinking in the sea, organic substances in the seawater are decomposed into inorganic substances to clean the seawater around the floating structure.
