PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition and an adhesive sheet having excellent adhesive force and adhesiveness to a cured surface with respect to a low polarity adherend, and having high transparency.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises an acrylic polymer (A), a polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B) and alcohol (C), characterized in that: the acrylic polymer (A) is an acrylic polymer having a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxyl group; the alcohol (C) is a mono-alcohol having a molecular weight of 140 or more and 500 or less, one or more alicyclic hydrocarbon groups and one secondary hydroxyl group; and the adhesive composition contains the alcohol (C) by 0.5 to 15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the acrylic polymer (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
