PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample analyzer and a liquid mixing vessel used for it enabling a highly-accurate sample dilution. SOLUTION: The sample analyzer comprises a pipet, a liquid mixing vessel placed at a fixed position, a sample supply section allowing the pipet to suck a sample and providing the sample to the liquid mixing vessel, a diluted solution supply section providing the liquid mixing vessel with the diluted solution, and a sample analysis section analyzing the diluted sample, characterized by that the liquid mixing vessel is made of a chemical resistant resin and its inner wall is surface roughened.
