PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a joint part between a column and a beam which reduces labor at a construction site when joining the column made of a concrete filled steel pipe and the beam made of reinforced concrete, in which a force is securely transmitted between the beam and the column, and also which is suitable for constructing an underground structure constructing the column made of the concrete filled steel pipe as a permanent sub-substructural. SOLUTION: In the structure of the joint part 1 between the column 2 made of the concrete filled steel pipe and the beams 3, 4 made of reinforced concrete upper end reinforcements 5A, 5B at the end parts of the beams 3, 4 mounted on the side face of the column 2, or reinforced welding boards 9, 10 to which lower end reinforcements 6A, 6B are welded are joined to an upper diaphragm 21 or a lower diaphragm 22 disposed on the outer side face of the column 2, respectively.
