PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection of a sleeve and a nut member and screw connection of a bolt to a nut member to fit an insert implement to a form and change of the length of a sleeve corresponding to covering depth of concrete. SOLUTION: A connection ring 12 is fitted to one end of a sleeve 10 made of fine ceramics formed in a cylindrical shape by burning an inorganic material and one end of a metallic nut member 11 formed in a cylindrical shape having a male screw section 11a at the inner periphery to connect both the sleeve and the nut.
