PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material having excellent walking feeling while having excellent size stability and sound insulation performance. SOLUTION: The floor material 10 comprises a hard plate-like body 11 comprising a synthetic resin containing 20-80 mass% of wood power and a resin foaming body 1 laminated on one face of the hard plate-like body 11. The resin foaming body 1 is provided with a plurality of high foaming parts 3 having high foaming power formed in the form of projections on at least one face of a sheet-like open-form layer 2. In addition, the whole surface of the high foaming part 3 is covered with a low foaming layer 4 having low foaming power together with the open foam layer 2, and recesses 41 are formed among the mutually adjacent high foaming parts 3... covered with the low foaming layer 4 so as to form the projections and recesses.
