PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit deterioration with age of an elastic foaming material to adjust the flow rate stably over a long period of time by combining a microporous film with the porous elastic foaming material. SOLUTION: In the method and device for adjusting the flow rate of hydrocarbonic gas, a hydrocarbonic fuel gas is taken out of a tank where the fuel gas is stored in the liquid phase, and the taken fuel gas is depressed by a flow rate limiting member as a first step so that the upper limit flow rate in the range of use is limited to be the maximum flow rate. Then, the flow rate is arbitrarily adjusted within the range of the limited maximum flow rate by a flow rate adjusting member which can be compressed from outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
