PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and lightweight nonwoven fabric excellent in stretchability, having dry touch, scarcely causing fluff on the surface by abrasion, or the like, and having waterproofness and moisture permeability. SOLUTION: The stretchable nonwoven fabric is obtained by carrying out emboss processing of a nonwoven web mainly comprising a polyester filament composed of a blocked copolyester having a hard segment and a soft segment, having 1-50μm fiber diameter and 5-200 g/m<SP>2</SP>weight. The stretchable nonwoven fabric has 3-70% area ratio of a discontinuous emboss-pressing part by emboss processing,≥0.2 mm emboss depth and <50% residual strain ratio after 100% elongation. The stretchable conjugate nonwoven fabric is obtained by laminating a film having 5-50μm thickness and composed of a block copolyester having 150-230°C melting point to the stretchable nonwoven fabric by extrusion.
