PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a workspace related to open-close of a cover piece. SOLUTION: The main body part 21 has an L-shape, and the cover piece 50 is installed at the upper face opening including a receiving wall 43. The cover piece 50 is composed of the base part 51 and an open-close part 65 ahead of it, the base part 51 is swing-capably supported by the main body part 21 by the main hinge 52 and the open-close part 65 is supported by the base part 51 by a toggle hinge 66 respectively, and they are made possible to be locked against the main body part 21 by the individual locking means. This is a so- called two-step open-close type, a usage to open-close the open-close part 65 only can be made while the base part 51 is fixed to the main body part 21, and the workspace related to the open-close is reduced. If the open-close part 65 is released, it is swing-driven into the releasing direction by a function of the toggle hinge 66, and retained in a prescribed releasing-state by hitting a stopper 73.
