PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron gun assembly device capable of accurately arranging grids by solving such problems in an existing electron gun assembly device that although a projecting surface fitting to an electron beam passing hole is installed in a spacer, after the grids are united, since the spacer is removed, the thickness of the spacer containing the projecting surface is restricted, and accuracy of the assembled grids is not so high. SOLUTION: Core rods 12 are installed in a base table 11, grids G1-G4 and spacers 15, 15' are alternately fit to the core rods 12 to unite the grids G1-G4, and at that time, the spacer 15' being assembled to the fourth grid G4 is formed in a flat shape with a shape memory alloy, a projection 17 locked in the electron beam passing hole 47 is installed in the spacer 15' in one body, and after the grids G1-G4 are united, the spacer 15' is heated to yield the projection 17, and the spacer 15' is pulled out.
