PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow learning implementation of measurement processes for operating medical technology apparatuses without taking an actual seminar. SOLUTION: A learning method for implementation of measurement process for operating medical technology comprises a step for preparing a first Web site 30 including a description regarding the implementation of measurement process on the Internet server 1, a step for enabling a display 5b of a computer 5 to display the Web site 30 by transmitting the Web site 30 to the computer 5 connected to the Internet, a step for preparing a second Web site including at least one check question regarding the implementation of measurement process, and a step for enabling the display 5b to display the second Web site 40 by transmitting the second Web site 40 to the computer 5 connected to the Internet.
