PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a decline of an input impedance due to an increase of input voltage in a linear power conversion circuit, thereby improving a linearity of the conversion circuit. SOLUTION: A conversion circuit for converting differential power signals II[1] and II[2] into differential output currents IC[1] and IC[2] includes conversion means CONV and input impedance adjusting means REG of the circuit connected to the conversion means CONV. The adjusting means REG includes negative feedback means for controlling an adjusting current IREG taken out from each component of the power signals II[1] and II[2] as functions of values of potentials V[1] and V[2] in the input of the conversion circuit. By using a half sum between two potentials V[1] and V[2] in the input of the circuit, the negative feedback is advantageously led, and by advantageously applying the negative feedback to a base of an adjusting transistor, a value of the adjusting current can be controlled. By the power conversion circuit, a mixer with high accuracy can be manufactured. Also, the power conversion circuit can be applied to any signal processor utilizing a mixer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
