PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panoramic image block capable of reducing harmful noise applied to it when an image is picked up. SOLUTION: The panoramic image block is a rotary body made of a transparent raw material having a higher reflecting surface 1 in the center of the top surface, a higher translucent surface 2 at the peripheral edge part of the top surface, a lower reflecting surface 3 at the peripheral edge part of a reverse surface, and a lower translucent surface 4 at the center part of the reverse surface, the lower reflecting surface 3 being a reflecting mirror capable of collecting incident light from the higher translucent surface 2 to the higher reflecting surface 1 through the inside of the rotary body and the higher reflecting surface 1 being a reflector capable of collecting reflected light from the lower reflecting surface 3 to the lower translucent surface 4 through the inside of the rotary body. The panoramic image block is provided with a rod- shaped shading part 7, constituted by carrying out surface roughening and darkening not up to the outer edge part of the lower reflecting surface 3 along the optical axis P, on the optical axis P from the lower translucent surface 4.
