FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: blood is sampled and serum is prepared. Deviation of its immunological reactivity from level of normal values with reference to basic protein of myelin, to protein S100, to anion firmly-combined protein of chromatin ACBP 14/18 and to membrane protein MP65 is established. In addition deviations of its immunological reactivity relative to chorionic gonadotropin, summary fraction of phospholipids, DNA, rheumatoid factor, collagen and anionic cytoplasmatic antigens of neutrophils from level of normal values are found and level of risk in development of fetus is determined by degree of expressiveness of deviations.
