SUBSTANCE: one should carry out marginal resection of main phalanx by keeping lateral ligaments on it: from radial side - lateral capsular-ligamentous apparatus, from ulnar - rudiment's extensor of main phalanx of neighboring finger, foundation of main phalanx is resected congruent to metacarpal caput, finger is reset onto metacarpal caput, metacarpal- phalangeal articulation is fixed with needles, extended capsular-ligamentous apparatus at radial side should be shortened without crossing that enables to form the finger at restoring metacarpal-phalangeal articulation, its capsularligamentous apparatus.
