FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: in preoperational period one should introduce preparations affecting rheological blood properties, anticoagulants, antioxidants and wide-spectrum antibiotics. In intraoperative period their introduction should be continued. Through certain incision one should install intravenous catheter into the smallest of axial veins of autotransplant. It should be fixed to the skin near the wound. In postoperative period one should introduce antibiotics, antiaggregants and anticoagulants through catheter installed. Into peripheral vein - both antiaggregants and antioxidants. The present innovation enables to develop maximum concentrations of preparations in transferred fragment. It decreases the risk for developing postoperative complications. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. 1 ex
